General Purchase Conditions

Tickets for events:

• As an authorized ticket seller, TREND AND TICKET S.L. through the website www.masqueticket.com sells official tickets, taxes included, on behalf and for the account of Concert Promoters, Festivals, and cultural or sports events, who organize them. Therefore, TREND AND TICKET S.L. and its owners will be exempt from any responsibility regarding aspects such as organization, visibility conditions, comfort, acoustics, accessibility, and incidents during the event. Trend And Ticket S.L. applies management or distribution costs and/or shipping costs, which are separately informed during the purchase process in each case.
• The purchase process informs about the price and type of available tickets, allowing the selection of the desired number of tickets for payment with a credit or debit card, secured with the personal verification system established by the buyer's bank.
• Tickets are not nominative for event access, although the customer's name indicated in the registration may appear on the ticket. If tickets for an event are nominative, it will be indicated in the specific event information.
• The refund of the amount of previously purchased tickets is not allowed. The inability to attend a performance or an error when making the purchase will not be valid reasons for a refund.
• Tickets can only be canceled and refunded if TREND AND TICKET S.L. (www.masqueticket.com) receives express orders from the Promoter to that effect, usually occurring in cases such as cancellations or changes of dates or substantial alterations in the event lineup.
• Any refund claim related to cancellations, substantial changes to the lineup, or dates of an event must first be authorized by the organizing or promoting entity of the event in question.
• Management fees for each ticket, reservation, and/or shipping, applied by MASqueTICKET, won't be refunded under any circumstances.
• The ticket generation systems depend on each event and the instructions of each promoter, ranging from MASqueTICKET's own barcoded and QR coded tickets for direct access to events to electronic tickets sent by email by the promoter or its authorized distributors or physical tickets sent by postal mail, in which case shipping costs will apply.
• Illegal resale (or attempted illegal resale) and/or duplication or falsification of a ticket constitute grounds for the seizure or cancellation of said ticket without refund or any other form of compensation, with consequent responsibilities for unauthorized resellers or counterfeiters.
• Access to events will not be allowed in cases of resale for speculation, duplication, ticket copying, and/or their barcodes or electronic codes in any case. - TREND AND TICKET S.L. recommends the direct purchase of tickets at www.masqueticket.com or at authorized official points of sale and will not be responsible or assume any burden for incidents or access restrictions to events with tickets purchased outside official and authorized channels by promoters, venues, or authorities or companies authorized to manage access control to them.
• Changes occurring after the start date of ticket sales, such as changes in dates, venue, artists, cancellations, etc., are solely the responsibility of the event promoter. TREND AND TICKET S.L. (www.masqueticket.com) will inform about such changes on its website to keep users and buyers adequately informed.
• Each ticket is issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of the venue and the event promoter. All details are available at the venue box office. Violation of any of these rules and regulations or any other unacceptable act that may cause harm, injury, or offense will entitle the venue or the event promoter to expel the user from the venue or deny access.
• Ticket purchases may be restricted to a maximum number of tickets per customer, which will be duly indicated or automatically limited. In case of purchases violating this rule if it exists, the company reserves the right to cancel purchased tickets exceeding this number.

Reservation Conditions for seats of an unconfirmed Bus trip:

Predetermined departure cities are established for routes but may vary based on the number of reservations in each city and existing demand to ensure the trip's viability.

For certain events, we may activate the option to reserve seat/s on buses proposed by Masqueticket for a group of interested individuals, making it viable. In these cases, you can make a reservation and register as a user on www.masqueticket.com without prior payment. Upon reaching the established minimum quota, the realization will be confirmed, and interested parties will be notified of the payment period opening through your registered client area.

For the benefit of all interested parties, please carefully assess your attendance possibilities to avoid reservations that may be canceled once the bus is confirmed and may become unfeasible.
This reservation is established without commitment and for a price adjusted to the travel characteristics, seeking to optimize the proposal as the most practical, supportive, economical, and ecological means of attending events.

The price may slightly vary if necessary to ensure bus confirmation for a number of seats lower than initially considered.

As a registered customer, you will receive necessary information about confirmed departures, schedules, and other details to make your experience satisfactory to the best of our ability.

Purchasing Conditions for an Confirmed Bus Trip

TREND AND TICKET S.L. (www.masqueticket.com) subcontracts with accredited bus transportation companies to provide discretionary travel services to specific events, facilitating exclusive and direct attendance. These companies possess the necessary authorizations and required insurance.

Predetermined departure cities are established for routes but may vary based on the number of reservations in each city and existing demand to ensure the trip's viability. If your city is not included in our proposal, send us an email at clientes@masqueticket.com, and we will explore possibilities.

As a registered customer, you will receive necessary information about confirmed departures, schedules, and other details to make your experience satisfactory to the best of our ability.

In the event of a delay by the customer in the departure or return schedule, no claims or compensation will be accepted if their bus has already departed.

It is necessary to have the bus voucher on a smartphone or in paper format to board the bus. The access code will be registered when boarding, regardless of the person holding it. In case of duplications, only the first registered voucher at the bus control will be valid.

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased but can be used by another person. In this case, TREND AND TICKET S.L. (www.masqueticket.com) is not responsible for possible duplications.

In case of inability to attend due to unavoidable reasons, up to 15 days before the trip, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded to the customer. In the last 15 days before the trip, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances, except for event cancellation or trip cancellation by Trend and Ticket SL (www.masqueticket.com).

Masqueticket.com reserves the right to cancel the trip if the paid seats are not reached up to 15 days before the trip, as there may be reservations that allow confirming the bus but are not ultimately paid.

In case of trip cancellation due to event cancellation or insufficient seats, the total amount of the bus will be refunded to buyers.

Minors, under 18 years old, must follow this:

Hotel Booking Conditions

• For reservations redirected to other hotel operators, the cancellation conditions of each operator will apply.
• For specific and direct offers acquired and paid through www.masqueticket.com, the following deadlines will apply:

1. Cancellation up to one week before the check-in date: 80% refund. Until 12 PM on the 7th day prior.
2. Cancellation in the week before the check-in date: 40% refund. Until 12 PM on the 2nd day prior.
3. In case of cancellation for any reason within 48 hours before the hotel entry date, no refund will be applicable. Between 12 PM on the 2nd day prior and 12 PM on the Check-In day, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.
