Backstreet Boys

The Backstreet Boys, an American pop group, formed in 1993 in Florida. Composed of AJ McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson, and Brian Littrell, they became a global pop phenomenon in the 1990s.

Their self-titled debut album (1996) marked the beginning of their success, and "Millennium" (1999) catapulted them to the top with hits like "I Want It That Way."

It's noteworthy that before becoming Backstreet Boys, the group was called "Backstreet," but they had to change it due to a lawsuit threat.
