Florence + The Machine

Florence + The Machine was formed in London in 2007 by Florence Welch and Isabella “Machine” Summers.

In 2008, they debuted with the single “Kiss with a Fist,” and in 2009, they released their first album, “Lungs,” which catapulted them to success thanks to songs like “Dog Days Are Over” and “You’ve Got the Love.”

Their second album, “Ceremonials” (2011), delved into orchestral sounds and intense lyrics; “How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful” (2015) was their first #1 hit in the US.

“High as Hope” (2018) and “Dance Fever” (2022) continued their artistic evolution.

In 2025, they are preparing “Everybody Scream,” their sixth album, inspired by personal journeys with health and recovery.
