20 years have passed since the first edition of Rock in Rio Lisboa!
Two decades of stories, memories, great concerts and new entertainment formats.
There have been 9 editions, more than 3 million visitors to the City of Rock! In 2024, the festival returns for a special edition, with great new features, including a new location – in Parque Tejo Lisboa.
The new Cidade do Rock will have a new stage, a new Route 85 and a new space that will celebrate 20 years of “For a Better World”, as well as the well-known Palco Mundo, Galp Music Valley, Rock Street, Super Bock Digital Stage , Chef's Garden, ESC Online Sports Bar, Noria Pisca Pisca, Slide 7Up, Gato Preto VIP Area, among others.

The British artist returns to the Palco Mundo precisely 10 years after his memorable debut in Portugal.
With 56 million albums and 150 million singles sold worldwide, Ed made history in 2015 after becoming the first artist to play Wembley Stadium solo (without a band, just with guitar and pedal loop) for three consecutive sold-out nights. In the summer of 2019 he made history again with his gigantic Divine tour, officially becoming the busiest tour of all time.
