The renowned Spanish tenor Plácido Domingo returns to Portugal for a unique concert in Lisbon, at the Altice Arena, on October 15th at 9 pm.

With a new concert that promises to be unforgettable, Plácido Domingo, one of the greatest names in world opera, will perform the most popular songs from his extensive repertoire.

An unforgettable evening where legendary songs will be performed by one of the most important figures in music. Plácido Domingo will be accompanied by the Lisbon Sinfonietta Orchestra, composed of 65 musicians.

A singer and conductor, tenor and baritone, interpreter of great songs from around the world, and leading actor in opera films under the direction of Francesco Rosi and Franco Zeffirelli, Plácido has also been the director of several theaters, a promoter of young talent, and the founder of the prestigious Operalia World Opera Competition, also promoting zarzuela worldwide. He has performed unforgettable duets with John Denver, Julio Iglesias, and Julie Andrews, and has won 12 Grammy Awards, including three Latin Grammys. In addition to this extensive résumé, Plácido has been one of the greatest champions of opera worldwide, alongside José Carreras and Luciano Pavarotti, during the era when they formed the legendary operatic group "The Three Tenors."
