First confirmations for the 10th edition of Under the Doom:

Lisbon once again becomes the meeting point for the densest and most atmospheric territories of heavy music with the return of the Under The Doom Festival to LAV - Lisboa ao Vivo on September 25 and 26.

The 10th edition of the event is now taking shape with the announcement of the first round of confirmations, which includes a headliner, two co-headliners, and a series of names that reinforce the unique identity of a festival that has already become a must-attend event for all lovers of music in very dark shades of gray. A second round of confirmations will be revealed in April, completing the lineup.

On September 26th, the Swedish band Draconian will headline, in a show marking the return of vocalist Lisa Johansson to the band and the presentation of their new studio album. A key figure in European melodic doom/death metal, the Scandinavian collective is preparing to present a show marked by this highly anticipated reunion and a setlist spanning different stages of their discography, now refreshed with new material.

Making their Portuguese debut, the American band Evoken (Official) will headline what will undoubtedly be one of the most anticipated moments of this edition of UNDER THE DOOM. A target for a large cult following within the hermetic universe of funeral doom, the musicians present their austere and deeply atmospheric approach to a national audience for the first time, a sound forged over decades of artistic consistency. It is also worth noting that Schammasch will present an exclusive concert dedicated to the tenth anniversary of "Triangle," performing the album in its entirety and complemented by other emblematic tracks from the Swiss band's career, in a show specifically designed for this celebration.

The first wave of confirmations also includes the legendary Liv Kristine, who returns to the stage with a new band and a new album, further solidifying her unique trajectory within gothic and atmospheric music.

On the national front, highlights include Atone - Doom Metal and ANZV: the former, formed by ex-members of DESIRE, VS777, and other prominent Portuguese underground projects, marks their absolute debut and only live performance of 2026 at this festival, while the latter presents a new album and also headlines their only concert in Lisbon that year.

Finally, a decade after their previous appearance at the event, the Belgian band MARCHE FUNEBRE returns to UNDER THE DOOM with a new LP, further strengthening the connection they have forged with the audience.

The concerts will begin at 7:00 PM on Friday, September 25th and at 6:00 PM on Saturday, September 26th at LAV – Lisboa Ao Vivo.

As part of this initial announcement, two-day passes will be available with a 20% discount, priced at €80, between March 4th and April 2nd.

The second part of the lineup will be announced in April, completing the 2026 edition of UNDER THE DOOM.
