Tame Impala (Kevin Parker) has just announced the Spring 2026 Tour that will present the new album, Deadbeat, to Portugal with two confirmed shows: April 4th at Super Bock Arena – Pavilhão Rosa Mota and April 5th at MEO Arena.
On his new album, Deadbeat, Kevin Parker creates a collection of intensely powerful psychedelic club explorations, serving as a vehicle for some of the most direct and captivating compositions of his career.
To date, Tame Impala has released the single "Loser," accompanied by a music video directed by Kristofski and starring Joe Keery, and "End of Summer," a seven-minute epic that evokes the acid house summer of 1989 and the free parties of the '90s: an imaginary story, transformed into something both present and timeless, unmistakably Tame Impala.
Deadbeat draws deeply from the culture and rave scene of Western Australia, reimagining Tame Impala as a "future-primitive" rave project. Conceived in various locations over the past few years, the album was primarily conceived between Parker's hometown of Fremantle and his Wave House studio in Injidup, Western Australia, in the first half of 2025.
Kevin Parker has cemented himself as one of the most influential voices of the last decade. A singular artist, known for creating a distinctive and transcendent sound, Parker creates genre-defying soundscapes, playing every instrument and assuming the roles of composer, producer, mixer, and engineer on his projects. He has been nominated for four GRAMMY Awards, winning one for his collaboration with Justice on "Neverender" (2024). In Australia, he has garnered 13 ARIA Awards and 27 nominations, in addition to a BRIT Award for Best International Act and nominations for two Billboard Music Awards and an American Music Award.
